From start to finish Sean was 5 out of 5. Coming out of college I spent my first four years as a Mortgage Lender and I’ve worked with hundreds of Realtors, and Sean is by far and away top tier. Although I was already very familiar with the home-buying process, there was a lot as a buyer I didn’t know, and Sean did a great job explaining things every step of the way. My wife and I both have very complicated schedules that I assume was a nightmare for Sean to work with, but he never showed it. He always had a smile on his face and the right answers to calm us down especially when we were stressed about low inventory or putting in competitive offers.
He went above and beyond finding us our perfect starting home AND getting it for below appraised value! Besides his impressive market knowledge and his intuitiveness to when it came to what we were looking for in a home, he was also there for us after we closed. He recommended us to different home improvement services and even to this day checks up on us on our home’s progress every so often.
