We love this cute 3 bedroom home adjacent to the Pacific Ocean in the fishing village of Crucita. This is a small subdivision of friends and neighbors in various size and style homes but all attractive. In general, the homes all have views of the ocean and is close to the city center. Crucita is North of Manta about an hour drive and darts in and out of the mountains and ocean.

Homes here are normally a mix of concrete and wood. It looks more rustic many times but the buildings are very safe and secure. The kitchen and laundry room has everything you need. I mean everything. Washer/Dryer, microwave, pots/pans, dishes, etc. All three bedrooms are spacious and with bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, nightstands, a huge closet, etc. The living room has everything you need including tv and fully furnished. Curtains are included and air conditioners for the living room and bedroom.

This home has a swimming pool included and comes in handy on some of those hot Ecuadorian sunshine days. It also has a pool room with a cleaner and a pool heater.
